My name is Cindy Govea, Diligence Services LLC is a company that, although legally established in January 2023, has its history dating back to my country, Costa Rica , in 2005. There, I had the opportunity to work as a housekeeper at Casa Roland Hotel Group and acquired the knowledge and training necessary to excel in my duties.

Over the course of 14 years with the company, I had the chance to grow in the professional field thanks to Mr. Robert Bogdanovich, known for seeking personnel not based on their academic profile, but on attitude and performance in their duties, and Mrs. Yesenia Miller, to whom I am grateful, as they were my main mentors and to whom I owe my growth.

Nowadays, I live in Ave María, Naples, and upon arriving to this paradise, I felt the need to make my way in this city. It was there that the idea of forming a service-oriented company focused on cleaning services with unique values and quality standards, unfortunately applied by few companies, was born.
